RETURNS / EXCHANGES AND DAMAGES FROM SHIPPING
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back.
We do everything we can to ship them in the safest way possible, however, if there was an accident during shipping we will replace the item under the following conditions:
- Send an email explaining the circumstances to email@example.com
- Must include a clear picture of the plant to show damages
- Make sure to include your name and address so we can ship the replacement
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All Sales are final, there are no refunds unless the plant is damaged in shipping and there are no replacements available.
Even then alternate products will be offered for exchange.
